The Young Activists Club was put together at an elementary school in Maryland by a parent. This group of kids, led by some teachers and this peacenik liberal nutcase, decided to save the planet by working to get Styrofoam banned from the school cafeteria.

Despite the support of the teachers at the school, the school administrators are balking at the cost of replacing the disposable plates and utensils. One thing you can bet is this meddling pot-smoking, communist mother has no plans to do the dishwashing or buy the items needed to convert to the system she wants. As a liberal, spending other people’s money is always the solution to every problem – real or imaginary, as this one truly is made up.

Case in point, these children were sent out to extort money from businesses, parents and family friends to raise money for the conversion - $9000. Not near enough to sustain the transfer of course to flatware and a dishwasher and a dishwasher.

Eight-year old Margo Block said, “Styrene trays are bad for the environment and they have a big carbon footprint and they are made out of oil, which is bad for the environment because it makes global warming.”

[Editors note: Oil is made by the Earth, therefore part of the environment. If man was not capping it and using it, it would leak into our water systems and out onto the earth is gigantic oil pools eventually. Then lightening would strike, setting the pools on fire. I wonder if Margo was taught this doomsday possibility – which is much more likely than Global Warming. The same environmental communists and useful idiots of the Democrat Party were pushing Global Cooling when I was in elementary school. Great Britain was to be a block of ice by the year 2000. No media reports on the inaccuracy of these same whack jobs back then.]

Margo’s mother, by the way, is the liberal nutcase who set up this club. Last year the club was involved in polar bear protection. Oh, if only this liberal would have gone to the Artic Circle for group hugs with one of them.

Our school system has become nothing more than a liberal indoctrination center for the next generation of liberal voters. As for children getting an education so they can compete in the global economy, well that doesn’t matter at all.

I think there is something monumentally large afoot, and I do not believe it is just a banking crisis, or a mortgage crisis, or a credit crisis. Yes, these exist but they are merely single facets on a very large gemstone that is only now coming into a sharper focus.

I can sense it because I know how it feels, smells, what it looks like, and how people react to it. Yes, a perfect storm may be brewing, but there is something happening within our country that has been evolving for about 10 – 15 years. The pace has dramatically quickened in the past two.

The liberals have intentionally dumbed down our schools, ignored our history, and no longer teach our founding documents, why we are exceptional, and why our Constitution is worth preserving. Students by and large cannot write, think critically, read, or articulate. Parents are not revolting, teachers are not picketing, school boards continue to back mediocrity. Our education system is worse than a joke. Why?

We have now established the precedent of protesting every close election. Did you ever think such a thing possible – or necessary - just a decade ago? We have corrupted our sacred political process by allowing unelected judges to write laws that radically change our way of life, and then mainstream Marxist groups like ACORN and others to turn our voting system into a banana republic.

Now our mortgage industry, our car manufacturers, our banking system and healthcare system has been taken over. Social Security is nearly bankrupt, as is Medicare and our entire government just quadrupled our national debt in 100 days. The list is staggering in its length, breadth, and depth. It is potentially 1929 – times ten.

And we are at war with an enemy we cannot name for fear of offending people of the same
religion who cannot wait to slit the throats of your children if they have the opportunity to do so.

And now we have elected a man no one knows anything about, who has never run so much as a Dairy Queen, let alone a town as big as Wasilla, Alaska.

All of his associations and alliances are with real radicals in their chosen fields of employment, and everything we learn about him, drip by drip, is unsettling if not downright scary. Surely you have heard him speak about his idea to create and fund a mandatory civilian defense force stronger than our military for use inside our borders?

No? The media would never play that for you over and over and then demand he answer it. The media is now a government propaganda machine and not a protector of truth.

I have never been so afraid for my country and for my children as I am now. This man campaigned on bringing people together, something he has never, ever done in his professional life. In my assessment, Obama will divide us along philosophical lines, push us apart, and then try to realign the pieces into a new and different power structure.

Change is indeed coming. You will never see the same nation again.

I thought I would never be able to experience what the ordinary, moral German felt in the mid-1930s. In those times, the savior was a former smooth-talking rabble-rouser from the streets, about whom the average German knew next to nothing.

What they did know was that he was associated with groups that shouted, shoved, and pushed around people with whom they disagreed; he edged his way onto the political stage through great
oratory and promises.

Economic times were tough, people were losing jobs, and he was a great speaker. And he smiled and waved a lot. And people, even newspapers, were afraid to speak out for fear that his “brown shirts” would bully them into submission.

And then he was duly elected to office, with a full-throttled economic crisis at hand [the Great Depression]. Slowly but surely he seized the controls of government power, department by department, person by person, bureaucracy by bureaucracy. The kids joined a Youth Movement in his name, where they were taught what to think.

How did he get the people on his side? He did it promising jobs to the jobless, money to the moneyless, and goodies for the military-industrial complex. He did it by indoctrinating the children, advocating gun control, health care for all, better wages, better jobs, and promising to re-instill pride once again in the country, across Europe , and across the world.

He did it with a compliant media - Did you know that? And he did this all in the name of justice and change. And the people surely got what they voted for. (Look it up if you think I am exaggerating.) Read your history books. Many people objected in 1933 and were shouted down,
called names, laughed at, and made fun of.

When Winston Churchill pointed out the obvious in the late 1930s while seated in the House of Lords in England (he was not yet Prime Minister), he was booed into his seat and called a crazy troublemaker. He was right, though.

Don’t forget that Germany was the most educated, cultured country in Europe . It was full of music, art, museums, hospitals, laboratories, and universities. And in less than six years - a shorter time span than just two terms of the U. S. presidency - it was rounding up its own citizens, killing others, abrogating its laws, turning children against parents, and neighbors against neighbors - all with the best of intentions, of course. The road to Hell is paved with them.

Since many of you enjoy senior citizen status or will sometime in the not too distant future, I thought you might be interested in this information.

The “stimulus” bill includes provisions for extensive rationing of health care for senior citizens. The author of this part of the bill, former senator and tax evader, Tom Daschle was credited today by Bloomberg with the following statement:

Bloomberg: “Daschle says health-care reform will not be pain free. Seniors should be more accepting of the conditions that come with age instead of treating them.”

If this does not sufficiently raise your ire, just remember that Senators and Congressmen have their own healthcare plan that is first dollar or very low co-pay which they are guaranteed the remainder of their lives and are not subject to this new law if it passes. - Pam Geller

A consulting company predicts an awful year for merchants who sell to the ‘rich’.

Predictions are that the ‘luxury goods’ industry will not level off in sales until 2012 – if then. But for the time being a steady decline is predicted as the evil and mean rich people stop lavish spending, and start suffering like the rest of us peasants. And this trend is not only in this country, but world wide.

Every Democrat voter should be thrilled and doing handstands. They have finally gotten even with those who are winners in life’s lottery.

Of course while liberals sing Koombi-ya and fire up their pot bongs in celebration, merchants and businesses will close and consolidate in order to adjust to the lost business and revenue.

For those of you not yet stoned in Ann Arbor, MI., this means even fewer jobs and even less taxes paid to your favorite charities – the governments.

Now while the government rich fly Air Force One past the Statue of Liberty for a photo op, or flies the wife to New York for a theater - dinner date, or flies the wife and kids to Paris, France for a shopping spree – the earned their money rich are sitting on their cash.

When the private citizen rich don’t fly or buy things, businesses suffer, manufacturers have to lay off workers, the economy declines further and the tax base shrinks further.

But that is a small price for a full scale liberal celebration as their victory over capitalism and their destruction of the greatest nation ever on the planet continues. – Hank Dagny

It is impossible for liberals to tell you the truth. Liberalism is poison and destruction everywhere it is tried, so they must lie to people. Why people continually fall for it is a topic for another time.

One of the MANY freedom destroying aspects of the B. Hussein Socialist Medicine scheme is that it WILL force employers to sign up for the government program.

As B. Hussein and the Democrats run around lying about what the plan will cost - $1 trillion. The track record is – based on 60 years of liberal predictions – you can multiply that by three.

B. Hussein also spouts the lie that no one will be forced to give up their plan or their doctor.

How this will happen is simple. Your employer will run to the government healthcare plan because a) it will be subsidized and therefore cheaper for them, b) they will be taxed on YOUR healthcare cost as an income as deductions for money spent will be ended, and c) your healthcare benefit will be taxed to YOU. After all, it is an income you are not currently reporting.

And the usual redistribution of wealth is in the B. Hussein plan as those who can’t pay – or won’t work to earn the money – will be covered by those who do work. Of course this free coverage will be there for all illegal aliens.

For those of you without employer health care, don’t worry. Insurance companies – under B. Hussein care, will be REQUIRED to offer a basic policy, accept all comers regardless of pre-existing conditions and there will be a limit placed on their profits.

In other words, the government will drive them out of business – ending the competition – and your choice. You will be forced into the government program at some point.

Medicare – still will be a bottomless pit of taxpayer money lost. No fixes under B. Hussein care. Matter of fact, it will be expanded as a full one-seventh of our nation’s economy also goes under government control.

Senator Kennedy’s committees and Chris Dodd (guilty of the mortgage meltdown fiasco) are in charge of writing this plan. Makes you warm and fuzzy doesn’t it?

Well think about this and see if you like this scenario. You are on the ‘free’ government plan, as is everyone. You are very sick and need some long and costly care – for whatever it is you have wrong with you. You will make it if the time, money and resources are spent.

And, for the sake of argument, let’s say you made it to the front of the line in time (which is no sure thing – ask the Canadians or the Brits). Your doctor is not consulted. He can only ask permission on your case. The government clerk in Washington looks at your records and goes down the checklist to make sure you are a ‘good’ candidate for the procedure. This bureaucrat has your life in his hands. So let us go down the checklist:

Answers must be ‘NO’.
A) Do you own a gun? (check records and alert ATF of collection upon death)
B) Do you listen to Rush or read LQ? (check internet usage)
C) Did you vote anything besides Democrat? (check special records)
D) Are you on a Democrat ‘enemy’ list?

F) Did you ever over pollute the Earth by driving an SUV? (check records)
G) Do you go to the ‘wrong’ type of church?
H) Does it look like you ever moved to avoid paying taxes in a liberal state or city? (check records and it is a judgment call).

Not that they care. CNN (Clinton News Network) and MSNBC (Major Socialists, Now Big Communists) are second to last and dead last in the ratings for cable news stations. No big surprise to me. Only the totally brain dead liberal can listed to gloom and doom, bold face lies and misrepresentation of facts for so long.

If it was not for the forced watching of these pathetic stations in airports and hotel lobbies, very few people would know these stations still exist. FOX News beats their two viewer-ships – combined – by a mile.

Reese Shoenfeld, co-founder of CNN blames everything but their liberal bias and Democrat cheerleading for their lack of viewers. You see, liberals even lie to themselves.

He claims three problems for the poor showing. One, most Americans are tired of politics and have their own problems to worry about. Two, most Americans figure B. Hussein and the Democrats are doing the best they can in a difficult time and don’t need to hear the details. And three, he thinks even liberal viewers would rather watch ‘the enemy’ and see what their plans are, now that the Democrats are in office, instead of staying in the huddle with their home boys.

FOX was destroying CNN and MSNBC even when ‘the enemy’ – George Bush - was in the White House. The bottom line is that CNN and MSNBC are both complete farces of news stations, and the nation knows it.

Shoenfeld indirectly admits that his news station is bias. CNN and MSNBC has become what PRAVDA was in the old Soviet Union – a propaganda machine for the ruling party. When one of your biggest anchors, Chris Matthews, admits he has a tingling going up his leg because B. Hussein was elected, I think you let the secret out that you have no longer have credibility.

Even the election of the ‘hope and change’ candidate has not changed the ratings picture for B. Hussein – Communist Fan Club. – Hank Dagny

The People’s Republic of Maryland is getting a lesson in reality – not that it will sink in to the brains of the liberals running that state, or the useful idiots voting the communists into office.

The Democrats in that state, fighting the War on Prosperity, have been inflicting injuries on themselves with their own friendly fire. But, that is what liberals do – then blame others.

The state of Maryland’s budget had a deficit last year, so the Democrats did what they always do. They raised taxes on the wealthy. It was called the ‘Millionaire Tax’ and it only went after people making that amount of money. They raised that bracket’s state income tax to almost 7%.

Governor Martin O’Malley, a dedicated class warrior, said that the richest citizens in Maryland were willing and able to pay “their fair share.” The liberal (I know it is redundant) newspaper, the Baltimore Sun editorialized that “the rich would grin and bear it.”

Well, in less than one year one-third of the millionaires in Maryland have fled the state – taking their tax money, their spending and the jobs they produced with them. Instead of clearing the $106 million in new tax revenue, the state ended up collecting $100 million less.

Liberals fail to realize that high income earners can move or decide to quit producing. And while it affects the rich people a little, it kills the little guy and the very welfare state the liberals are trying to fund.

Mr. Estrada graduated from Columbia and Harvard Law – Magna Cum Laude. He was an editor for Harvard Law. He clerked for moderate Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy. Estrada was a US Attorney under Bush 41. He served under Bill Clinton as an assistant to the Solicitor General. In private practice he represented some of America’s best known corporations.

Estrada received an unanimous ‘well qualified’ rating from the American Bar Association. His life is an American success story. He was the son of American immigrants, and he rose to the top thru hard work and playing by the rules.

When Bush 43 nominated Estrada to be the first American, who happens to be Hispanic to the DC Court of Appeals, the Democrat Party went crazy. For two years the Democrats on the Judicial Committee refused to give him a hearing. Democrat front groups paid for massive smear campaigns built on lies.

Democrat Chuck Schumer – NY, led the argument that despite his qualifications, Estrada should be denied because “his ideology is wrong.” Memos were circulated implying that Estrada’s nomination should fail because he was ‘Hispanic’.

What happened to Miguel Estrada was later called a hate crime. But when Democrats hate and destroy, they never seem to pay any price. Why is that?

What the hell is wrong with you so-called ‘minorities’? Even women have been used by the Democrats – in more ways than one – but there most of them are – voting Democrat.

Now B. Hussein, our Dictator pro tem, has nominated a racist, bigot and communist Hispanic female to the Supreme Court – who Obama proudly states will judge with “empathy”, rather than thru strict interpretation of our Constitution.

If the Republicans do not block the nomination of this radical left wing appointee, our nation and citizens will pay the price with our freedom. – Hank Dagny
