There are four liberals on the court and four Constitutionalists. Justice Kennedy, by process of elimination is the most powerful man in the country right now.
You might as well call him King Kennedy.
What he decides – what he FEELS like when he gets out of bed in the morning…is now the law of the land.
In some cases, he has been the deciding vote that has overturned principles since the founding of our nation.
That is not the way it is suppose to be – it’s not legal - but the liberals on the court are issuing verdicts based on their political agenda and not the Constitution, as their office and oath of office demands them to do. Pure and simple.
The Supreme Court of the United States bestowed Constitutional Rights on foreign born terrorists.
The Supreme Court declared that illegal aliens have a right to stay in our country while their case is being heard – even though they are not supposed to be here in the first place!
The Supreme Court also came within an eyelash of striking down the 2nd Amendment illegally from the bench.
The Supreme Court has eliminated the Executive Branch right to wage war. Democrats are celebrating this, even though they are fully aware it will cost American troops their lives and the US taxpayer billions of dollars eventually.
The Supreme Court has already stripped voters of free speech rights near election times (McCain – Feingold, for those of you in Ann Arbor, MI.)
The Supreme Court has stripped home owners rights to their property – once protected by the Constitution.
The Supreme Court has stripped parents of the rights to discipline their own children, while redefining the very definition of marriage and the family unit.
The Supreme Court has decided that American taxpayers must support illegal aliens who invaded our nation.
The Supreme Court has pushed God from the public square.
The Supreme Court has used junk science and the global warming hoax to put animals above the rights of people.
The Supreme Court has stripped the right to life from infants in the womb.
The power liberals cannot achieve at the ballot box, they steal in the courts. This is the ‘change’ Obama and the Democrats have in store for our nation.
The United States liberals are creating is nothing but a socialist – communist model that has failed every time it is tried – and butchered millions of their own citizens in the process.

The bottom line is that in the American system, the judicial branch is ultimately the most powerful arm of government. Unfortunately, the courts are now inundated with ultra left-wing judicial activists that legislate from the bench.
Obama and the socialist-democrat liberals are ultimately nothing more than mentally vapid simpletons. Essentially they do not have the intellectual capacity to understand nor learn from history and the lessons of our past and that of other civilizations. As such, they devote themselves to communism because it “feels good” to them — logic and reason play no part in it. The same is to be said of the left-wing judges.
The greatest danger in this election is not the prospect of electing an empty suit like Obama to the White House, rather the real danger lies in what someone like him could do to the federal court system. Indeed the most outrageous of legal precedents have all come from federal judges, from the Supremes on down, that were appointed by democrat presidents; Clinton’s have been particularly onerous. With the reasoned and learned legal minds on the Supreme Court looking at retirement in the coming years (i.e. Scalia), we are in very grave danger if we have a communist like Hussein Obama in the White House.
