Yes, the ‘cut and paste’ blogger is at it again. Our favorite liberal and a confirmed communist blogger accuse Hank Dagny of being nothing more than a plagiarizer and a ‘cut and paste’ pajama journalist. Like I care.
The job of this blog is to get the truth out about the dangers of liberalism. Pure and simple. If these detractors could beat these truths with honest debate, they would be here trying. Liberals, as they proved to us all in my Ann Arbor outings, do not want debate or discussion. They lose every time it is done.
When Rush Limbaugh goes on a rant for conservatism, it is a thing of beauty.
“Every day, little by little, we cede our freedoms away under the rubric that it is for the ‘common good.’ We are sitting around and letting ever increasing governments – state, federal, local – take away our freedom. Around the world, people are risking their lives to get what we are throwing away.
There is concern for everything except people and property owners. People die in dictatorships. This is what happened in Myanmar. This is what happens with the tsunami. These people have no freedom to move and their governments are not equipped to get the information to the citizens.
Believe it or not, the Myanmar government has not decided whether or not they will accept international aid. They don’t’ care about these people. Probably happy they have less mouths to feed. This is how most of the world looks at these things. We are the exception.
The citizens of New Orleans knew the hurricane was coming and had the choice to stay or go. They had enough warning. Everyone heard the warnings. Americans have the freedom to leave or stay.
Have you noticed the word freedom is not mentioned in the presidential campaigns – by any candidate? Nobody is talking about freedom. Nobody is talking about happiness. Nobody is talking about American exceptional-ism. Everyone is talking about doom and gloom.
There is no happiness in politics, so it bleeds into the people that follow it. Hence Operation Chaos! An attempt to have a little fun with this, and involve Republicans who otherwise would have to sit around and watch the drive-by media salivate all over this – like it is the greatest thing since sliced bread. Who cares who wins this primary?
Some people claim Operation Chaos is tampering with our election process. George Soros is tampering with our election process with a billion dollar war chest. The drive-by media is tampering with our election process with their liberalism. The unions. Who doesn’t tamper with elections? I’m not tampering. The Democrats chose our nominee. They don’t like it being done to them.”
My fellow Americans, the proof of what liberalism does to its citizens is obvious around the world. Actually, the proof is in any liberal state and city in this nation. It’s up to you to stand up and tell liberals that they ARE the problem. – Hank Dagny

Let’s get real here: you aren’t interested in “honest debate.” You wouldn’t know “honest debate” if you saw it. What you’re interested in is winning arguments. The way you do it is by constantly changing the subject, using heavily-loaded language with terms that mean just what you want them to, and personal name-calling. It never takes more than a few exchanges before you get nasty, and then you’ll push your opponent’s buttons until they lose their temper, at which point you can claim to have “won” the “debate.”
The reason “liberals” won’t “debate” you is simple. It’s like they say down South:
And, by the way, it’s extremely ironic that you respond to charges of “cutting and pasting” by putting up a blog post in which 68% of the text (343 words out of 503 words total) is a cut-and-pasted “rant for conservatism” by Rush Limbaugh.
Dump, not going there with you about my ‘debate’ techniques. I never quit the discussion - liberals do. Hiding behind excuses for quitting is very lame.
All I know is liberalism never works - anywhere and anytime it is tried - and you can’t find me one time it has.
I don’t care about your charge of “cutting and pasting.” I explained many times that the goal of this blog is to educate citizens about the dangers to their very lives in this country - because of liberalism.
Where I gather the knowledge or how it is presented - in my words or someone elses - doesn’t matter to me. And it shouldn’t to the readers of this blog. What should matter is the content of truth, logic, common sense and the demand we return our governments back to an irrelevant size.
Governments are a necessary evil, and not the solution to your - or anybody else’s - every little problem.
Dump, taking time to count the 343 out of 503 words shows you have way too much time on your hands. (Hope you did not do it on company time) Question, where in the posting was the personal name-calling? (oh my god I just did a cut and paste) What I see in the posting is comentary on what liberalism is doing to this country. Just a reminder, the job of the U.S. government is to protect the boarders and deliver the mail. Not control the lives of free Americans. Have a nice day.
Dear Smitty,
1. Guess why it actually takes almost no time at all to count the number of words in a block of text? Hint: What are you and I using right now? Hint: They’re called COMPUTERS! There are things that computers can do lots faster than humans can. Believe it or not, you can use your computer for something other than looking at porn and right-wing websites.
2. There’s no name-calling (let’s be generous and pretend that Hank did not mean “confirmed communist,” in the second sentence of his post, as an insult) in Hank’s blog post. Maybe you should look at my comment again. Read it slowly. Go ahead and move your lips while you read if that helps; don’t be ashamed. After reading my comment a second time, do you still think I’m accusing Hank of name-calling in this blog post? Or does it seem more like I’m responding to his complaint about how liberals won’t debate him by talking about the way he acts when liberals do engage him in debate? Is it a general comment about Hank’s debate techniques, or a specific comment about this specific post? Give it some thought.
3. Thanks for your reminder about what “the job of the U.S. government is.” The government should indeed be protecting all lodgers and tenants in people’s houses. That, and delivering the mail, too.
Hard to find anyone who is 100% liberal or 100% conservative. After all– Bush was LIBERAL with our money and Clinton was very conservative.
Most of us just align ourselves with one party or another cause of tradition or because we like ONE THING the party stands for.
I personally think this country has outgrown the party-system because it holds us back because of this loyalty issue. Instead of doing the right-thing—its more about supporting the one in charge who isn’t doing the right thing.
I think we need to vote for a conservative third party to replace the Republicans.
The Republicans are now where the Democrats were.
The Democrats are now the Communist-Socialist Party. This is not even remotely debatable.
The problem with a multiple party system is that no matter who wins, two-thirds of the country is upset. That is not a good situation.
But we have no choice now. Republicans are socialist-lites and the Democrats are communists.
For our salvation - we need a new third party to emerge.
